Designing a seamless and satisfying Customer Journey is key to conveying the brand story. In this case study, we demonstrate how consistency brings Olivida a step closer to brand maturity.

initial situation

Olivida is a digital skincare platform offering products from various brands along with personalized skin and product advice. Olivida aims to become the “bol.com” of skincare. To achieve this, the Customer Journey must be flawless from A to Z, and customers need to be fully engaged with the brand story.

our approach

Milkman has analyzed the Customer Journey for Olivida clients and focused on the various touchpoints. To integrate the Olivida experience, we redesigned these touchpoints. We identified different segments at specific Customer Touchpoints and then tailored the designs and content to meet the needs of these target audiences.

THE RESULTS

With multiple segmented campaigns tailored to the needs of the target audience, Olivida can deliver a unique customer experience, from the first contact to the receipt of the package. This positive experience has resulted in a 30% repeat customer rate for Olivida.

Dynamic Content & Experience

For the production of commercials, we created various personas. These personas were then translated into storylines within the commercial, allowing us to address the needs of these groups more specifically and target the audience more effectively. Additionally, we built the content in a modular way, so it can be used in various combinations across different campaigns. This approach allows us to advertise very precisely, depending on the objectives of each campaign.

Tailored Customer Journey Design
