initial situation

JetSupport Amsterdam was on the brink of expanding internationally within Europe. For the launch of their new location in Paris, they needed highly qualified staff. As JetSupport was busy setting up operations in the French market and the job market was relatively uncharted territory, Milkman was brought in to assist with this challenge.

our approach

When Milkman Digital was invited to find a way to recruit for JetSupport in France, we were challenged to think creatively. We flipped the question and asked ourselves, "What is the dream job for an Aircraft Mechanic?" To answer this, we revamped JetSupport's visual presence. Leveraging a new digital ecosystem, we launched a LinkedIn-oriented recruitment campaign to attract potential candidates in the Paris region.

THE RESULTS

Thanks to the campaign, we directed over 150 leads to a customized career landing page, resulting in more than 20 applications. The facility in France is now operational, and the recruitment page is actively used to fill new positions across Europe.

ReBrand for the future

To reposition an organization with a history of about 25 years, we began by thoroughly analyzing the key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Once we understood where management, operational teams, and the back office envisioned the future of JetSupport, we developed a new identity. The final choices aligned with JetSupport’s multi-year plan and reflected the sentiments employees had towards the company.

LinkedIn Based Digital Recruiting

For digital recruitment, we leveraged LinkedIn's extensive professional network. We launched a talent acquisition campaign for various positions at JetSupport Paris. By conducting targeted searches based on skills, experience, and industry relevance, we reached a well-defined audience. Using a mix of display ads and InMail messages, we invited interested candidates to discuss their dream job.
