To reposition an organization with a history of about 25 years, we began by thoroughly analyzing the key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Once we understood where management, operational teams, and the back office envisioned the future of JetSupport, we developed a new identity. The final choices aligned with JetSupport’s multi-year plan and reflected the sentiments employees had towards the company.
Commercials that show character

LinkedIn Based Digital Recruiting
For digital recruitment, we leveraged LinkedIn's extensive professional network. We launched a talent acquisition campaign for various positions at JetSupport Paris. By conducting targeted searches based on skills, experience, and industry relevance, we reached a well-defined audience. Using a mix of display ads and InMail messages, we invited interested candidates to discuss their dream job.
